To anyone watching this video still: its actually the whey ("water") that you need to dry out, not the white curds. Boil the whey until it thickens more and then pour it in a pan to dry it out and then blend it up into powder.

I don't get it,why wash and cook a dried soybeans only to dry it again and then blending?You could have just roasted a dried soybeans for 10 minutes and then blend into flour.😅Washing and cooking has already lost the nutrition in your soybeans flour..

Uh oh, this is curd powder, the solid part of cheese making with all the fat of the milk. The whey is the liquid part you want to dehydrate and it is possible at home. The whey liquid is 20% of the milk protein that you want to use for body building. The curds dehydrated in this video is the 80% casein protein in the milk. Reverse what gets dehydrated and you have the whey powder. Once done this way one will see the whey yield will have to see how much milk and effort it takes to make whey powder.

You did the wrong thing. The leftover yellow liquid is the whey, which is the protein. Please research more before posting such things. It can badly damage others health who have less knowledge about the whole thing.

Now I see that opinion has changed? 😮 I have my 1st batch of chicken (raw) in the dehydrator as im typing this.
